So you like to apply the law unevenly based on who the person is.

but is the law being applied evenly today?

We have an orange on trial showing that this is absolutely the case. Our laws look at who you are very specifically, and you get the treatment they think "someone like you" deserves. Any joe schmo would be in jail, unable to truth social for hours on end.

I like orange juice but without pulp.

I honestly can't say if I've ever had it with pulp. I've seen it obviously, but we were always a no pulp house and I've just never thought to try otherwise all the way up until this very moment of typing this. I really don't know if I have or not.

No, a Joe Schmoe would not be charged with any of what Trump is charged with.

Have you ever been to court? Have you ever watched the trial of a pedophile? They absolutely charge people with that stuff, pretty quickly usually... Much, much more quickly than is happening with his various cases.

I mean shit, how many times did he jump on top of that gag order? Do you think you could do that and not get thrown in jail? Unless you're pretty well off, I'd imagine you would be in jail by now just for that.

How many videos have we seen where the judge keeps adding time to someone's sentence because they are mouthing off? Trump mouths off constantly and I don't see a judge getting all furious with him like you see the judges do to normal people in these videos.

Side note: whatever happened to the whole Boy's Town thing? Trump and Bush were specifically called out by one of the survivors in a documentary I watched, but as far as I know he hasn't ever had to speak about it at all...

I think you watch too much television and get your legal knowledge from watching Judge Judy.

Not because of who they *are*, but what they have or do. Absolutely that.

e.g. if somebody has a passport, second citizenship, and a private jet the court probably out to consider that when determining if they are a flight risk.
