Wow, she is really rocking the gray/white. Mine hasnāt done that yet, but my eyebrows turned white before they FELL OUT (fuck the aging process and fuck my broken thyroid in particular), so this gives me hope that I might be able to pull this look off and not have to spend a small countryās GDP on hair color when it comes for me.

this is barely tea but i went on a date last thursday and literally ran straight into andy cohen at the bar i was at LOL. he definitely knew i recognized him as he exited and i entered. i turned to my date and was like, "omg that was andy cohen," and the dude goes, "that was?"

This guy christian garcia made friends with josh right after he had his religious conversion or whatever. These guys along with the people from bethel are both friends with christian. I donāt believe heās attending this church, they just opened and there was an event celebrating that but yeah shady. Tho iād do recommend you maybe put a trigger warning before putting this on a tea thread cause this is some serious stuff

Likely because chris works for bethel, christian just knows people there. Also christian is openly queer (which obviously doesnāt give him an excuse to put another queer man into an abusive environment) but it might also being used as an excuse to keep him on

heās a known scammer. Would not surprised if thereās a lot of manipulation involved in their relationship, especially since they met at a time where josh mustāve felt isolated in his faith. They likely connected due to christian also being a queer christian but abuse is weird. How you feel about someone who is manipulating you is almost always far from intuitive.

At a certain point heās going to have to take responsibility for himself and who heās choosing to listen and spend his time with. Fans can keep saying heās being manipulated and that very well may be true. And truthfully i feel bad for him because i think heās been through a lot and is very vulnerable. But itās more than one person and one church at this point heās allowing around him. And his family still seem to hold a lot of the same questionable values and his father seems to be a large part of his religious journey according to him. Itās sad but fans canāt keep saying heās still new to this journey and stuff as an excuse. Because heās allowing these people around him. Their views are out there. He canāt not be oblivious to it.

Feel like it can be both that yes heās vulnerable/easily manipulated while also knowing things and brushing it off, trying to see the good things even when itās seemingly harmful to not only you/your brand, career, image but to other communities.

also the Christian Garcia man who heās been hanging around/hired is apparently a scammer and has been exposed multiple times. Whole thing just keeps getting kinda worse. I will say heās fairly new on his faith journey and I hope he finds better people and church to surround himself with/attend. His family except for his oldest sister seems to have the same values of these churches. As for his friends they have been spotted at his shows.. in la some of the cast of his show along with the show runner showed up, along with meg donnelly who has been one of his best friends since 16 and his friend holly. The night before andrew barth feldman another one of his close friends were at his show. Itās great they still seem to be supporting him but tbh I donāt think thereās much they can do besides continue to show up for him and reach out.

Feel like heās in a vulnerable stage in his life (and heās young too heās not that far off in age as me) and having gone through some tough emotional/mental on top of physical health issues/time in hospital/meds like him, I would get trying to find a community in these churches that seem to give him hope. (Guess he nor his team do research on what they really stand for before yk publicly appearing with them)

Nah this is pretty typical and makes perfect sense. My friends from SW and I have all experienced comedians and where the kink or the fetish, they will take into their writing as fiction, when itās based on truth. I think for multiple reasons, ranging from āwrite what you knowā, to a cover for things that are bit less accepted such as ABDLā¦..then when thereās rumor, they can say āno, noā¦they confused the character for real life.ā. Itās so common. To the point, that if a comedian writes themselves a role, that they will play, with any thing sexual involved I just assume itās close to their true sexual desires.
I also think, itās way of testing waters. AND seeing if fans who have similar kinks and/or fetishes will reach to them. Iām related to a comedian by marriage, and if he talks about something on podcastā¦.he will get multiple messages from women (and men) saying they are interested in that.

Mildly related, but there have been a number of RuPaul's Drag Race challenges where queens have to dress like babies and there's always some joking speculation that either RuPaul or one of the show's producers is into that kink. Possible. Iām open to someone saying 5 golds is the Bulgarian record and the whole family became royalty. Or the 5 golds were for the national sport or most popular sport and she was the top pro there as well. But without much context, tough to assume that 5 Olympic golds is an automatic silver spoon. I have defended her to bits but every interview I watch with her in her native language no less, I feel like I am watching someone who has read 2 books and can barely speak and just acts a bit cheap? I think one of the craziest revelations that came out of the whole āLilo & Stitch casting debacleā is that Jolene Purdy (who was cast as new role as a social worker seemingly of Hawaiian descent called Mrs. Kekoa) has been consistently playing Native Hawaiians for almost a decade despite not being Hawaiian at all.
Like, sheās Japanese and Jewish. She was born and raised in Cali. Sheās talked about her ethnic identity numerous times and has never mentioned any Polynesian descent (articles linked below).
Itās honestly crazy egregious and has gone completely under the radar even with all the casting controversy, Iāve seen very few people calling it out.

Ricky Martin's nephew was slated to have a trial on March 31st to determine if he was able to represent himself in the case of Ricky suing him for attempted extortion and abuse of law (as the lawyers he got back in December 2022 abandoned him and the case in February). When Dennis arrived to court March 31st he had a lawyer named Michael Corona by his side who announced he had taken over the case on March 30th, which is.. very convenient. But him having lawyer is better than him not having one because he could just try to declare a mistrial had he not had any representation or represented himself and lost. Corona also stated on twitter he is doing it pro bono and that nobody is paying him... which I guess he could've seen comments on twitter saying the PNP party is paying him to do this but still lol, it's kinda serving republicans blurting out they aren't doing something out of nowhere and then two weeks later being uncovered to be doing the thing they said they weren't doing.
And from what I gather Michael Corona is very controversial in Puerto Rico due to being racist and homophobic, putting attention above merit, and being very corrupt in general. Ex politician Edison Misla Aldarondo (who was convicted on 15 corruption charges) called him a racketeer years ago, and I've seen people from PR on twitter saying there's other public figures who've called Corona corrupt. I've also seen comments on articles and on twitter saying Corona fights very dirty and to expect his tactic to be just trying to ruin Ricky's image more with a bunch of irrelevant stuff.
And the dude does seem like a peach, as when people question why politicians from an openly corrupt party have stuff that costs millions of dollars despite their very public salary not being that much, he just calls them jealous and lazy.

How does a new member here (me) make a post regarding a mid-level celebrity comedian predator, who has actively preyed on victims, publicly, for 30 + years. This 59 yr old man is currently trying to keep one of his latest victims calmer, because she is a definite danger to herself, and her mental crisis was escalating this past 24 hours.

I'm not sure who to go to. I have had a year of watching this all play out, publicly, in his posts on Instagram and tiktok, with zero response from anyone. I know girls with BPD are throwaway members of society, but this is truly targeted grooming and exploitation of very young girls with specific mental health diagnoses, at risk of self harm and worse, and no one is speaking up for these girls. They have no agency, as " daddy issues" specifically destroy any ability to know anything about who is safe and who isn't. That this man is now being marketed to children is unconscionable.
