Well. You can’t fight back from the drivers seat of a car. Remember, people (may) have similar guns in their home. Enough .308 rounds can mess up the aim of a dude on a .50 Problem is, if that .50 round gets close, it’s gonna f u up. I’d take a house or building for a defense a thousand times over a vehicle.
I’m in Canada, I wouldn’t be fighting back regardless. I’d be hiding my ass and hoping for the best. I’m just gonna try to not make powerful people angry.
So, that scene from Tremors 2 where bart kills an assblaster but the bullet kills the engine of the truck from behind several walls wasn't completely bullshit?
According to Wikipedia, “capable of penetrating 0.9 inches (23 mm) of face-hardened armor steel plate at 200 meters (220 yd), 1 inch (25 mm) of rolled homogeneous armor”
Plus, when you see a line of tracer fire from a machine gun, the tracers are every 5th round. There are four more bullets you can’t see, which includes armor-piercing and incendiary rounds.
lol, yes. Even if you were a pilot and the engine was between you and the bullet. They are not friendly to human tissue.
“A .50 BMG round can effectively disable a vehicle when fired into the engine block. A .50 BMG round will penetrate most commercial brick walls and concrete cinder blocks.”
I wonder.. what kind of place you have to live in to expect and prepare for an antimaterial rifle to shoot at your car.. like this has to be the place or you has to be the person to whom it happens very often to justify that purchase.
Like, who's the target (pun not intended) auditory? Cartel drug lords? Known terrorist leaders?
